We got A LOT of snow in Wyoming last week. For the first time ever, I’m pretty sure, my office closed for the day due to weather. So, I decided to keep N home and enjoy a day with him. I wanted to do an easy activity with things I could find at home. With St. Patrick’s Day coming up, I thought it was a perfect time to try a craft to celebrate the upcoming holiday. Seano and I are both Irish, so I was happy to prepare for one of our favorite holidays with N. Here’s what I came up with.
– Shamrock Print Out
– Tissue Paper
– Glue Stick
1. Draw or print shamrock shape from link provided above.
2. Cut or tear small inch by inch (or so) pieces of tissue paper.
3. Turn shamrock upside down. Glue tissue paper flat to the back of the shamrock sheet.
4. After sheet is covered, turn paper over and cut along shamrock line.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
