Mommy Juice: Momscow Mule Tour!

Moms! We are offering another Mommy Juice Tour!

Join us in downtown Casper for a night of drinks featuring Moscow Mules and Moscow Mule inspired drinks. Our “Momscow Mule” Tour will feature sips and eats from some of our favorite local places including Raccas Pizzeria NapolentanaGaslight Social, and Frontier Brewing Company and Taproom.

As always, transportation from Casper Executive Car and Limo will be provided for drop offs in Casper, Mills and Evansville. It’s the perfect way to spend time with old and new friends after the hustle and bustle of Halloween. (If you have a college sports fan in your life, have them catch the University of Wyoming vs Colorado State game at Frontier Brewing Company and Taproom at 5:00PM and let them know you will join them close to halftime! They can have a ride home at the end of the night, too, for an extra $8.) We call this a Mommy Juice Tour in honor of our series, but you don’t have to be a mommy to participate!

Your night will include great company, Moscow Mules and mule inspired drinks; dinner featuring pizza, bread, and salad; a ranking card to provide feedback on your drinks; entry to a copper cup prize drawing; and transportation (within the Casper, Mills and Evansville area)! Have your ride drop you off at Raccas Pizzeria Napolentana (430 S Ash St, Casper, WY 82601). We will take you home at the end of the night. You must be 21 years old to join us.

We had an awesome turnout and an amazing time on our Mommy Juice Margarita Tour and our Mommy Juice: Hang at the Hangar with Mystic Mountain Tour. Like last time, spaces are limited and your spot is not confirmed until your registration form is complete and payment arrangements have been made. No group registrations will be accepted.

Little Brother N’s 1st Birthday Letter

If you have followed along with our blog since the beginning, you know writing Big Brother N a birthday letter each year is a special tradition I started when he turned 1. I plan to continue this tradition with Little Brother N, too. You also probably know my boys look quite a bit alike. Some pieces of their personality are very similar too, but in others they are so, so different. It was so fun reminiscing and reflecting on Little Brother N the last year and my continual evolution as a mother. Hope you enjoy and share in some of my sentiments! Continue reading

True Toddler Fashion: “TTF Part III”

I asked and you delivered! This is one of my favorite Jelly Bean Journals series and this time the True Toddler Fashion on display is from your tiny self-dressers! Brace yourself for a repeat venture of a project I shared with you back in 2015 and then, again, with round two just this past May. I had asked if any of you would be up for sharing your own renditions of True Toddler Fashion, and boy did you deliver! Let’s go with part three of “TTF” where we explore and celebrate the true, self-created style of our toddlers!

BLESSED.

I’m not sure if I’ve shared this picture before. It’s probably my all time favorite…ever. Of all the photos in my life (and you know there are millions between my mom and I), this moment is my all time favorite. It was taken the moment our boys met, and within a couple hours of Little Brother N’s birth. It is a moment I will forever be thankful and grateful I got to Continue reading

Talking Tragedy: How Do I Explain This?

by Drew Cotton

As we are all well aware, yesterday was the 16th anniversary of the September 11th, 2001 attacks on the United States. (Do you remember what the world was like pre-9/11? You might remember going to an airport and greeting passengers arriving from a flight directly at the gate, or going to a major-league baseball game without passing through a metal detector.) That day forever changed the American landscape and way of life. The last 16 years have seen a lot of anger, hate and fear. If you’re like me, you were a teenager that day, likely without a care in the world. Now we’re in our thirties, with children of our own. Continue reading

She’s At The Lake

Since losing my dad a decade ago, my mom has been rolling solo. Watching my mom lose her very best friend was almost worse than holding my dad’s hand for the last time. Part of me wanted her to find another companion. She certainly never planned to say goodbye to such a young husband and as each year rolled by without him, she was reminded of the plans they made but would never enjoy together. I watched this wear her down. She started to believe she would live the entire second half of her life alone. My fun loving and vivacious mother was turning Continue reading
