2-Ingredient Crockpot Chicken 2 Ways

As a working momma, the crock-pot is a regular lifesaver in our home! We use it at least weekly and have all sorts of go-to recipes for our weeknight dinner time meals. Today, I’m sharing one recipe for two-ingredient chicken and two ways to use it. I must say, I was a little hesitant to share these recipes because they are SO, SO simple. I originally figured that they are just in every family’s meal rotation. But, a number of friends have commented on how much they love the chicken and immediately ask for the recipe. When I share that it is literally two ingredients AND a crock-pot meal, they are always shocked and in love!

We usually end up with leftovers which we love to use for lunch the next day and both meals are incredibly easy to customize for preferences.

Buffalo Chicken

    1. 4-5 Chicken Breasts
    2. 1 Bottle of Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce

Spray crock-pot with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 of the buffalo sauce into the crock-pot.  Place chicken into crock-pot in a single layer. Pour remaining buffalo sauce equally over chicken (leave several tablespoons for anyone who may want extra sauce on their chicken later). Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken.
